Your agreement with ZenQuill for a mindful journaling experience
By accessing and using ZenQuill, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
ZenQuill is an AI-powered mental performance platform for athletes that provides text and voice journaling, AI analysis of journal entries, meditation, skill drill training with AI video feedback, and team-based goal programs through Galaxies.
To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your privacy is important to us. All journal entries are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256-GCM encryption. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
ZenQuill offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features include voice journaling, AI analysis, and advanced features. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
You retain ownership of all content you create and store in ZenQuill. We do not claim ownership of your journal entries, but you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content to provide our services.
Our AI analysis features are provided for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related concerns.
Athletes under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before accessing ZenQuill. During registration, minor athletes are required to provide their parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number. The parent or guardian must approve the account before the athlete can use any platform features.
By approving a minor athlete's account, the parent or guardian acknowledges that: (a) ZenQuill is a mental training tool for athletes and is not a mental health platform, therapy service, or diagnostic tool; (b) the parent will receive notifications if ZenQuill's automated monitoring system detects concerning patterns in the athlete's activity; (c) no journal entries or specific content will be shared with the parent — only general wellness alerts; and (d) the parent consents to receive SMS and email communications related to their child's safety on the platform.
Coaches and team administrators who purchase ZenQuill for their teams are responsible for ensuring that parental consent is obtained for all athletes under 18 on their roster. A coach's purchase of the platform does not substitute for individual parental consent.
ZenQuill sends transactional SMS text messages to parents and guardians of minor athletes (under 18) for: (1) account approval requests, (2) urgent safety alerts when our automated system detects signs of significant emotional distress, and (3) wellness check-in notifications when elevated stress patterns are detected. All messages are triggered by specific platform events. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring campaign messages.
By approving a minor athlete's account, the parent or guardian consents to receive these SMS communications. Message frequency: typically 1-3 messages total per parent over the lifetime of the account. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact info@zenquill.ai. Opting out of SMS does not affect email notifications or the safety monitoring system.
ZenQuill is a mental performance and training tool designed to help athletes build focus, resilience, and mental consistency. ZenQuill is not a mental health platform, therapy service, or diagnostic tool. It does not provide medical advice, treatment, or clinical support.

ZenQuill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
